Team roles and permissions
Team members’ roles are assigned by team administrators. They can be changed at any time.
You can see everyone’s roles on the People tab of your team page. Refer below for details:
Team owner
- Creator of the team
- Can request for team deletion
- Has the same access and abilities as team administrators (see below)
管理员
- Has complete access to member and team management, and team discovery
- Can set up and edit team Brand Kits
- Can set up and edit Brand control
- Can schedule posts to social media via the Content Planner (available to Canva Pro, Canva for Enterprise, and Canva for Nonprofits users)
- Can publish team templates (available to Canva Pro, Canva for Enterprise, Canva for Education, and Canva for Nonprofits users)
成员
- Can access folders and designs shared to everyone in the team
- Can create designs using team templates
note: For Canva for Education accounts, teachers have the same permissions as administrators, and students have the same access as team members.
Template designer
- Role available to Canva Pro, Canva for Enterprise, Canva for Education, and Canva for Nonprofits teams
- Can set up and edit team Brand Kits
- Can create designs using the team Brand Kits
- Can schedule posts to social media via the Content Planner (available to Canva Pro, Canva for Enterprise, and Canva for Nonprofits users)
- Can publish team templates (available to Canva Pro, Canva for Enterprise, Canva for Education, and Canva for Nonprofits users)
