Create teams to easily share designs and folders, and comment on each others’ designs:
- From the top corner of the homepage, click your account icon.
- Select Account Settings.
- Click the Billings & Teams tab.
- Scroll to the Team section, and click Create a new team.
- Wait for the page to refresh. You will be redirected to the homepage.
From the side panel, look for your team name. Click on it to start inviting members.
tip: Keep designs on-brand when working with teams and groups by using the Brand Kit.
Members per team
You can create up to 20 free teams with 3000 members each — including yourself. You can also create groups inside teams.
Organizations and teams
If your email domain is detected to be an organization (like [email protected]), you can change your team’s discovery settings.
Canva for Nonprofits teams
For Canva for Nonprofits users, Canva Pro is only free for your first team. So if you create more teams, you’ll need to upgrade to Canva Pro to unlock its premium features.
